Our Services and Fees
Child and Adolescent Therapy
Child/Adolescent Therapy sessions begin with a 1-hour initial intake session. During this session the child and family get to know the therapist and review presenting concerns and registration paperwork. Following sessions will be 45 minute sessions starting on the hour. Frequency of sessions will depend on client’s needs and schedule.
Therapy is conducted from an eclectic approach incorporating Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, strength-based, solutions-focused, and family systems techniques.
Play Therapy utilizes play, the main form of communication for children to help provide learning and growth that meets their developmental stage. Play Therapy can be used with teens and adolescents through games, art and crafts, and creative activities. Young Adult Therapy
I also provide therapeutic services for young adults ages 18-30. Mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, grief, LGBTQA+, trauma, and life changes can be difficult to navigate throughout young-adulthood. I utilize evidence-based techniques to help young adults navigate this transitional period in life. I work to provide a safe and welcoming environment to support you through the therapeutic journey.
Initial intake session is 1 hour involving getting to know each other, reviewing paperwork, and identifying if I am the right fit for you. Subsequent sessions are 45 minutes and frequency is determined collaboratively based on needs and availability.
